Sierra Tropical Lmited has acquired 574 hectares of land from landowners/landowning families in the Lugbu chiefdom in the Bo District with an aim of increasing acreage within the next three years to 4, 335 hectares for the implementation at $18.5M for pineapple and other tropical fruits plantation, cannery and processing facilities.
The event was a visitation exercise by the President, Minister of Trade & Industry and entourage to the STL processing plant and farms
